This quick and focused assessment takes as little as 45 minutes per subject (Math and/or Reading/English Language Arts) and provides a detailed snapshot of the student’s current understanding, identifying both grade-level proficiency and knowledge gaps.
What to expect:
- Introduction to your child’s certified personal tutor, who will provide dedicated support
- Friendly, experienced personal tutors who create a welcoming environment
- A distraction-free setting for grade-level assessments (e.g., Math, Reading)
- Evaluations to uncover grade-level proficiency and knowledge gaps.
The evaluation typically takes 45 minutes to 1 hour per subject and provides a complete snapshot of your child’s academic level. This assessment can be administered during the first couple tutoring sessions and is available at no extra charge—only the standard hourly tutoring rate applies. Students can take this assessment upon initial enrollment and again at the start of each school year, with additional testing available upon request to track ongoing growth.
For younger students, we also offer specialized phonics and reading assessments, ensuring foundational skills are built early and effectively.
