What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. In emergencies, we accommodate rescheduling.

What if a tutor becomes unavailable?
We will do our best to promptly assign another qualified tutor from our team to minimize any disruptions to your child’s learning.

We do not require long-term contracts, but we ask parents to sign a service agreement. This agreement includes a two-week cancellation notice policy to ensure a smooth transition if tutoring needs to be discontinued.

Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. All materials are provided at no additional cost. We accept payment via Zelle with no transaction fees. A small convenience fee applies if you prefer to pay by credit card.

Do you continue tutoring during holidays or school breaks?
At Extra Mile Tutoring, we understand the importance of flexibility during holidays and school breaks. While tutoring is not required on government holidays or during school breaks, we encourage families to connect with their tutor ahead of time to discuss their preferences.
You have the option to:
– Continue sessions as scheduled.
– Cancel sessions during the break.
– Reschedule sessions to another convenient time, subject to tutor availability.
